Die Kurzbeschreibung liest sich wie folgt:

The present invention provides an interface that enables computer users to automate the operation of their computer to replay sequences of actions, as well as to delegate the performance of tasks to the computer so that they are carried out upon the occurrence of certain triggering events or at certain times. To facilitate an understanding of the invention, specific examples are described hereinafter with reference to their implementation on a Macintosh.RTM. brand computer manufactured by Apple Computer, Inc. It will be appreciated, however, that the practical applications of the invention are not limited to this particular embodiment. Rather, the application of the invention to other types of computers and operating systems will become readily apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. …”
